In late 2015, through the connection of friends and with the help of the internet, I began corresponding with Sierra. She was an elite soul-rockclimber, and occasional competitor, who fractured a vertebra. Debilitated and in pain, she wanted to return to he passion.
I completed an assessment and trained her via skype, to correct the biomechanical flaws that had contributed to and resulted from her injury. You can read about her injury and recovery process here http://www.zewgo.com/2016/04/sierra-stars-in-new-episode-of-breaking.html
Now, she is back... Sierra entered a regional bouldering competition this weekend, and won! It's no fluke: Last month, her score at the Hounds Tooth Bouldering Triple Crown Bouldering Competition would have earned 4th place in the women's Open category.

They did it!
The Huskies are the 2016 NBIAA Southern Conference Champions! Brayden scored the only goal in the game and Jarrett recorded the shut-out. Accomplishing such a task with a young team bodes well for the future of Hampton High School hockey. Keep training smartly, Rylan, Jarrett, Brayden, Brady, Josh, and Rowan.
Champions Brady, Rowan, Rylan, Josh, Brady and Jarrett make up the core of the the grade 10 players. |

NBIAA Hockey
In boys hockey, the Hampton High School Huskies are off to the Southern Conference Finals after sweeping the SSHS Spartans. Good luck to Proto S&C athletes Josh, Jarrett, Rylan, Rowan, Brayden, and Brady.
At the NBIAA Awards Banquet, Rylan and Jarrett were both named to the all-star team, with Jarret being named the Goalie of the year. Way to go guys!
