Jaxon, Brayden, Rylan, Jarrett, JD, Dalton, Caleb, Alex, Andrew, and Thomas all current or former athletes training with Proto Strength & Conditioning, reached their goal of making a Bantam AAA hockey team. Thomas and JD were picked up by the Saint John Sea Dogs, while the others went to the KV kings.

Mount A Mounties Developmental Player of the Year
A big congratulations goes out to Mike Bettle, a rookie with the Mount Allison University football team, who won the Developmental Player of the Year Award. This comes as little surprise to his former strength and conditioning coach, Proto's own Cory Goodman, who said: "Mike is not what you'd call a 'gifted athlete'. What sets him apart is his, drive, work ethic and desire to perfect technique. He worked hard on the field and in the weight room to get Mount A to notice him. Now that he's there, he surely giving them the same impression –that eagerness and 'coachability'– he gave me."
